As policymakers consider economic proposals, it’s crucial to understand the financial challenges people face. To help inform this discussion, David Winston of the Winston Group has provided valuable insights from new research on taxes and the national debt. This research, which includes listening sessions with voters and a national survey conducted from January 7-10, 2025, surveyed 1,200 registered voters to better grasp their economic concerns. The survey also delves into how people plan to rely on various income streams for their future financial planning, with a focus on age-based differences. Check out the full PDF document for a detailed breakdown of these findings.
