One of the most common questions I hear as a fitness and mindset expert is, “Should I focus on
cardio or weight training?” Women, especially busy moms, often feel overwhelmed by
conflicting advice. Some say cardio is the key to fat loss, while others claim weight training is

training are valuable, but the best choice depends on your goals and personal preferences.
