Country Icon T. Graham Brown Features Tim Rushlow in New LIVE WIRE Episode

GRAMMY®-nominated, CMA and EMMY Award-winner, and Grand Ole Opry member T. Graham Brown is back this October with a brand-new edition of LIVE WIRE on SiriusXM’s Prime Country (Channel 58). The show, which has become a staple for fans of authentic live country music, will debut Wednesday, October 1 at 10/9c PM and continue airing throughout the month.
This episode includes an exclusive sit-down with fellow GRAMMY®-nominated artist Tim Rushlow, best known as the former lead singer of Little Texas and currently a member of the country supergroup The Frontmen alongside Larry Stewart (Restless Heart) and Richie McDonald (Lonestar). Rushlow stopped by the SiriusXM Nashville studios with guitar in hand, sharing stories, singing a few of the hits that defined his Little Texas years, and reflecting on his musical journey.
“It was my distinct pleasure to have brother Tim Rushlow on the October edition of ‘Live Wire’ as the special guest,” Brown said. “We talked, told stories, and he sang a few Little Texas hits. We had a blast recording this edition. Thanks again, Timbo!”
In addition to the Rushlow interview, LIVE WIRE will showcase electrifying live performances from some of country’s most beloved artists, including Ricky Skaggs, Billy Joe Shaver, Collin Raye, Lee Roy Parnell, T. Graham Brown himself, and The Band. Episodes are also available anytime on-demand through the SiriusXM app and Pandora NOW with a standard SiriusXM subscription.
A Milestone Year for T. Graham Brown
This October also marks the 40th anniversary of Brown’s breakout hit “I Tell It Like It Used to Be.” Written by Ron Hellard, Michael Garvin, and Bucky Jones, the single climbed to No. 7 on the Billboard Hot Country chart in 1985 and anchored his 1986 debut album. That album also spawned two No. 1 hits — “Hell and High Water” and “Don’t Go to Strangers” — cementing Brown as one of the genre’s most distinctive voices. He continues to celebrate the milestone on his current tour, performing the classic for audiences across the country.
