Legendary entertainer Ray Stevens is recovering at home after suffering a fall that resulted in a broken neck, but the longtime performer’s latest album release remains firmly on schedule.

A Sudden Setback

According to a release from Nashville, Stevens experienced the fall on Sunday, March 29, and was briefly hospitalized in the Nashville area. Doctors have since advised him to wear a neck brace for approximately four weeks as he recovers.

Despite the seriousness of the injury, Stevens is reported to be fully mobile and in good spirits, offering reassurance to fans who have followed his career for decades.
