Henry Cox

Henry Cox spent over 40 years as a distinguished trial lawyer in complex litigation, in twenty-eight states and beyond, both representing and bringing cases against Fortune 100 companies, mostly in civil rights, labor, and employment law, receiving a number of awards, including Best of the Bar and Super Lawyers. In addition to serving as an adjunct professor and providing over 3,000 hours of CLE to attorneys and judges, Henry is considered a trailblazer in bringing mediation and ADR into the courts in the Kansas City region. More recently, he has become an award-winning thriller author with his original, entertaining, and reality style, writing about real issues impacting us all, such as uncovering the origins of the COVID-19 virus in early 2020 with his first thriller, Deceit of the Soul. His fourth thriller, Deceit of the Manna, was released in June 2025.
