Former MSNBC Staffer Alleges Joy Reid Made Antisemitic Remarks During COVID

A former MSNBC production assistant claims that ex-host Joy Reid made antisemitic comments in 2020, blaming Orthodox Jews for the spread of COVID-19 in New York City. The staffer, who remained anonymous, said Reid’s remarks during a conference call went unchallenged by colleagues. The staffer later expressed concerns to a senior producer, who acknowledged Reid’s “careless” language. MSNBC has not commented on the allegations.
