A new Rasmussen Reports survey shows that 90% of likely voters still see home ownership as central to achieving the American Dream, but they’re split on whether that dream is still within reach for young Americans today. While 45% rate President Trump as doing a good or excellent job of helping younger generations achieve it, 40% say he’s doing poorly. The survey highlights deep divisions by party, gender, income, and race—though majorities across all groups agree that owning a home remains a key milestone in the pursuit of the American Dream.
