In the latest political maneuvering, Democrats’ 2026 mid-term strategy is proving effective for Republicans—except for one notable exception. Despite a failed stunt involving 22 Democrats and an outburst from Rep. Al Green, the larger strategy seems to have triggered self-destruction among liberal figures. However, Governor Gavin Newsom and Senator John Fetterman are bucking the trend, each navigating a unique rebranding path in a bid to realign their party’s approach.
