Lemon Mint Electrolyte Water
Ingredients:
● 1 lemon, sliced
● Fresh mint
● Pinch of sea salt
● 1 tsp honey
● Cold filtered water

Berry Yogurt Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients:
● Greek yogurt
● Blueberries & strawberries

5-Minute Summer Morning Reset
Open the windows for fresh air first thing in the morning. Water before coffee, I would recommend lemon water first. Stretch outside, sunlight first thing in the morning. Wear sunscreen. Take a morning walk to set the tone for the rest of your day.
Wellness does not have to be complicated. Sometimes, it starts with a glass of lemon water, a few minutes of fresh air, a nourishing breakfast, or a short walk in the morning sun.
