Week 1: Summer Reset 

Hydrate, Refresh & Recharge 

Focus on simple wellness habits and light, refreshing recipes to kick off summer feeling energized. It’s the simple habits we practice each day that have the biggest impact on our overall health and wellbeing. 

Lemon Mint Electrolyte Water 

Ingredients: 

● 1 lemon, sliced 

● Fresh mint 

● Pinch of sea salt 

● 1 tsp honey 

● Cold filtered water 

Supports hydration naturally without sugary sports drinks. 

Berry Yogurt Breakfast Bowl 

Ingredients: 

● Greek yogurt 

● Blueberries & strawberries 

● Granola

● Chia seeds 

● Drizzle of honey 

Protein + antioxidants = steady energy 

Cucumber Avocado Toast 

Ingredients: 

● Whole grain toast 

● Mashed avocado 

● Cucumber slices 

● Lemon juice 

● Everything seasoning 

Pair with iced green tea for a simple wellness lunch. 

5-Minute Summer Morning Reset 

Open the windows for fresh air first thing in the morning. Water before coffee, I would recommend lemon water first. Stretch outside, sunlight first thing in the morning. Wear sunscreen. Take a morning walk to set the tone for the rest of your day.


Wellness does not have to be complicated. Sometimes, it starts with a glass of lemon water, a few minutes of fresh air, a nourishing breakfast, or a short walk in the morning sun. As summer begins, Heather’s simple reset reminds us that feeling better often comes from returning to the basics — hydration, movement, whole foods, and moments of calm built into everyday life.
